FOOD DESIGN is a quarterly specialist magazine dedicated to food product development. It directly reaches decision makers in product development and management of food industry. As a German-language magazine FOOD DESIGN is mainly circulated throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland but also in The Netherlands, Denmark and the Eastern European countries. The magazine mainly informs on innovative basic materials and ingredients with technological or nutritional functionality. This information is supplemented by special features on market trends, European food law, innovative production technologies and packaging. The specialist magazine is intentionally edited in German language. By this our German-speaking readership is offered access not only to German but also to international product information. FOOD DESIGN compiles worldwide available product information for competent transformation into an easy-to-read language - with a large ratio of self-investigated editorials.
